The story of Mini Mansions began with our founder, Ali Mian, who spent over two decades renovating rental properties. When searching for a builder for his own custom home, he noticed a significant gap in the market: a lack of attention to building science details, particularly regarding air-tightness, and overly expensive options. Driven by a desire for better, Ali obtained his builder's license and founded Mini Mansions. Our goal for every client in Markham is to deliver a beautiful, air-tight, and budget-friendly house that stands the test of time.
